YOU WILL
In the role as Test Engineer, you will be ensuring that the software quality for new business projects is according to the test strategy. All logistic automation facilities are unique, which makes the work both challenging and exciting. You will have a close contact with a great team of architectures, technical leads, and software engineers to come up with the best solution possible for the customer.
As a Test Engineer you will work with all the different software stages.
• Specification: Write test cases for functional requirements, review functional specifications
• Design & implementation: Review technical requirements, create tests, test planning and test execution
• Integration: Create integration test plans and evaluate the result on site at customer
• Ramp up: Defect management and support customer Service
YOU ARE
You have a background as software engineer and enjoy working with automation systems and are able to challenge the upcoming requirements from the customers, in order to get the best possible solution. As a Test Engineer you have a good understanding of the field of intralogistics and have worked with test case management before. You have a hands-on mentality and appreciate working together with a team but at the same time dare to question the internal processes for even better results. You have a high understanding of quality and wants to work on a detailed level.
You also have:
• A University degree or equivalent education in the field of computer science
• Minimum of 2-3 years as a software/test engineer
• An understanding for Java and been working with databases and software testing before
• Knowledge in at least one object-oriented programming language
