In order to secure the global R&D verification resources at our site in Växjö we are now recruiting an experienced and driven Test Engineer! This position offers a great opportunity to work with unique and technically challenging products and to become part of a global R&D organization with high ambitions!
The position
The purpose of the role is to secure the global R&D verification resources at our site in Växjö. Your work will have a great impact on the whole product development process, from start to finish. Among your key tasks will be:
• Define test scope together with the engineering team
• Write test plans and test specifications
• Perform test and verification
• Review and approve test result
• Plan and follow up on tests
• Provide feed-back of test results to the engineering team
• Create traceability matrices
• Write test reports and verification reports
The ideal candidate
Some of your key characteristics include:
• A minimum of five years of work experience from testing and verification
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering
• Experience from R&D
• Deep and broad technical skills together with a great technical interest
• Good documentation skills
• Full proficiency in Swedish and English, written and oral
As a person you are careful and orderly with a natural talent for logic reasoning. You are a self-motivated and results-oriented individual who can deliver great results without constant supervision. An ability to plan and organize your work is another key success-factor in the role.
