MultiMind is looking for Test Engineer for world's leading tech company for their video conferencing solution for enterprise customers. This is an exciting, long-term consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible till 12 months.

Responsibilities: Maintaining a test lab with hardware such as laptops, network emulators and routers.
Doing initial triage of issues that users of the lab encounter and fix issues that relate to lab maintenance.
Executing exploratory test cases and collecting and communicating results in a structured way.
Requirements: Previous testing experience with web dev and debugging tools.
Experience doing basic system administrator work on Windows and Linux such as setting up new services, managing permissions and accounts and configuring networks.
Some experience with networking such as setting up routers, switches, and access points.
General testing and troubleshooting experience * File good bug reports - Document steps on how to reproduce issues - Read stack traces/logs to get some idea of what might be wrong
Investigative attitude and autonomous (i.e. try to figure out issues/obstacles on his/her own before asking).
Nice to have: Previous testing experience with real-time audio
Previous experience with Wireshark or similar network debugging tools
Previous scripting (shell, python, etc) experience
Technical knowledge about the consumer hardware (desktops and laptops) spectrum out there (like CPU and GPU types etc) (i.e. being able to determine a machine is performing worse due to slower CPU/GPU or older)
