Our Engineering department is creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for Test Engineer Exterior & Interior who will:
• Be covering the competence areas of exterior and interior components and subsystems testing
• Be responsible for testing in respect to fit & finish, air and water tightness, functionality under varying driving and climatic condition.
• Be responsible for testing of durability.
• Be responsible for investigating exterior and interior component and subsystem issues and to develop and evaluate solutions to these issues in close cooperation with engineering department and other testing departments.
• To assist the production sites in related issues.
• Develop, plan, calibrate, evaluate, and inform results according to project timing
• Anchor the assignment's decisions , development and status with the responsible line management
We are looking for someone who has:
• Relevant experience in the relevant work area, minimum 5 years
• University engineering education within Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on- and theoretical knowledge and experience in the durability testing, both regarding electrical, climatic and strength and fatigue.
• Experience in testing of fit & finish, air and water tightness, functionality under varying driving and climatic condition.
• Knowledge of remedies and relevant solutions to issues regarding components and subsystems.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver license B

National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by currentCollective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
