hela Sverige The Verification department RBS I&V, within PDU Radio Base Station, is responsible for Functional and Performance Verification of RBS6000 products on WCDMA/GSM/LTE.
The Environmental Verification unit, located in Kista, is responsible for the RBS verification regarding climate, mechanic, power and jitter & wander.
Job decription
Do you have a genuine interest in technology and want to learn more about radio base stations? We are looking to recruit a newly graduated engineer to a position as Test Engineer, Environmental Verification. You will be working in a team responsible for the verification of the hardware characteristics of radio base stations for GSM, WCDMA and LTE, in the areas of mechanic, climate, power, PLD and Jitter & Wander. As well as verifying RBS product behavior during environmental stress, you will be involved in the development of the verification process and the development of test methodology and test environment. Qualification
You are a motivated person who enjoys working with people! You should have a flexible attitude to your work, be willing to take on a variety of tasks and be able to work accurately. Knowledge of induced environmental stress on products and its testability is a merit; you should also have an interest of test environment development and system verification including RF. You work well independently but are also a team player who puts a lot of focus on reaching results on time and with high quality.
As we work in an international environment, having a good command of English is essential. You should also have a deep interest in technology and testing, be eager to solve problems that may arise during the process, and willing to spread competence within the organization. You have a Master of Science within related areas.
