Your responsibilities as Test engineer:
Perform systematic testing on software developed by QlikTech in close collaboration with the R&D developers
Software quality assurance is performed by automated testing and predefined protocols but also by free use of the program
Evaluate, replicate and manage bugs to resolution
Assist the support department when they have advanced support questions
Produce technical documentation
Training both internally and externally
Occasional travelling may be required
Your profile:
Ability to work well with others in a high-pressure environment
Excellent communication, listening, presentation and writing skills
Ability to tailor technical information to different audiences
Strong computer knowledge (Windows)
Knowledge of data bases and basic programming
Windows environments is preferred as well as experience from administrating 2003 and/or 2008 servers, Windows security, Active Directory, Exchange Server and networks (TCP/ IP)
Bachelor degree level or equivalent experience from software testing
Preferably a couple of years experience from software testing
Excellent verbal and written English skills as the company language is English
