Your role
We are looking for a person with experience in testing of complex software and interest in test automation. As a Test Engineer You will be a part of our team's journey to grow and develop ways of working so that we can manage to deliver successfully and efficiently in our projects and product programs. You will work in close collaboration with systems engineering and define appropriate tests for existing and future functions, in complex technical systems.
In your role you will be responsible for, amongst other things:

Systems integration, verification and validation
*
Define and maintain a common acceptance test workflow regarding Verification and Validation, both from a product as well as a project perspective
*
Define and drive automation of selected test areas
*
Plan and improve our processes, activities and operations continuously
Your profile
To thrive in this role, you are proactive and take full responsibility for allocated tasks. You can easily create trust within the organization and efficiently collaborate with team members. This work includes communication in various forms, both within the team and with other teams and project leads. To work as a Systems Test Engineer means that you have to understand system behavior and performance. Your responsibility covers the planning, preparation, execution, and reporting of the test outcome for the products.
Required skills:

Bachelor in Engineering or similar
*
At least three years of experience from software testing
*
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
*
Knowledge in systems engineering i.e. requirements and corresponding tests
*
Strong analytic skills
Desired skills:

Knowledge of Jira
*
Knowledge of Linux
*
Experience from test automation or software development
*
Understanding of requirement and compliance work
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will be part of a collaborative team with supportive, helpful and transparent colleges and manager where you as an employee can contribute to build up and shape our team. We also welcome you to share your experiences and knowledge with others.
You will be part of the development of command, control and communication systems for our radars used in the ground base air defense domain. The department consists of approximately 60 employees and consultants and we plan to grow. We have the whole chain of competences from demand to delivery within our department.
