Do you have a broad technical interest and want to work with validation of both Package and fill machines? Are you a creator of ideas and are eager to test them? Then Test Engineer might be the right position for you.
The Development & Engineering unit within Tetra Pak is now looking for a Test Engineer who will be a key player in our prioritised projects with focus on the Package competence area. We can offer you a creative, stimulating and international work environment in one of the development platform organisations (Carton Bottle) in Lund.
With constant focus on quality, our department s responsibility is to act as the technical lead and competence centre for the development and engineering of package test methods, statistical tools & physical testing. As a Test Engineer you will act as a participant in prioritised technical development projects affecting primary/secondary package. You will have the technical competence of the fill machines and be the link between machine and final package, understanding how the fill machine interacts with the input parts, granules, closures, pack mat etc.
You will:
• Have a very good understanding between material and machine interaction, specially how machine parameters affects the different package attributes.
• Be a team member for new activities within package evaluation/development, issue resolution and verification/validation. Perform & plan package/machine tests.
• Have a very close connection to fill machines and distribution solutions, be practical and a problem solver.
• Setup test & testplans both from a statistical & practical point of view, based on technical requirements.
• Build and share a high level of knowledge in machine/material interaction.
Publiceringsdatum2011-07-12KvalifikationerThe successful candidate has strong drive, is result oriented, analytical and structured with a practical approach to problem solving. This position includes a lot of interaction so you need to possess great cooperation abilities towards your colleagues. Your English need to be fluent, both written and verbal and you need to have good communication skills.
Your educational background is in Engineering and you need to have at least 2 years of experience in the field of work, where experience from package/equipment evaluation or fill machine knowledge will be seen as great merits.
