J2 Sourcing is an independent distributor of electronics components. We specialize in solving production component shortages for our wide customer base, by using our worldwide network of suppliers.
As a customer-oriented organization, we are a flexible partner for our customers, and very demanding customer for our suppliers. You as a new member of the J2 family, need the ability to adapt on the fly in an ever changing environment and market, and at same time be able to deliver first class service to internal and external stake holders.
You will be part of Special project organization that's a link between all departments.
The Job
You will together with the Special Projects Team give support to our Sales and Supply organization with all test related issues. This includes reading, understanding and approving test results from test houses and advising on test specifications.
You will help evolve our Quality Assurance procedure and act as an R&D advisor for second source components. Tasks such as registration of data in our systems, maintaining relations with customers and suppliers, developing, and updating work instructions and processes as well as technical support to the rest of the organization will also be part of your daily tasks in J2 Sourcing.

Your Profile
You are a detail oriented multitasker with the ability to work autonomously under pressure. In order to become successful in your new role, you have an educational background within the fields of Electronic Engineering and / or a few years of relevant work experience.
You understand the functionality of individual electronic components and possess the ability to track failures on PCBA.
You have a natural ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and possess a lot of business acumen. You speak and write English on a high level and your computer and troubleshooting skills are above average.
Previous experience from operating X-ray, will be meritourius.
