MVV was founded in 1990 as a software company with focus on balancing manufacturing processes. We also have a fast growing consulting company with approximately 60 employees and a broad experience in both product and production development. Primarily, MVV:s customers are in the areas of automotive, oil/gas and robotics/automation.

Position description:
At Research & Development you will be a key contributor to the next generation outstanding premium cars. The group Engine Function and NVH Testing, is a part of the section Powertrain Systems Testing and consists of 22 engineers responsible for 15 engine test beds. The Engine test beds are mainly used for durability testing and base calibration of performance, emissions and fuel economy. Tests of different hardware setups and new concepts are also among our daily tasks.
Daily tasks and responsibilities
To plan and prepare new tests in the test bed computer system.
To document methods developed during testing
To be responsible for test object to rig interfacing.
To support the daily running of the test bed
To plan, execute and analyze tests together with internal customers.
Continuous learning of new technology.
The daily tasks are very varied due to the fact that we are performing tests from early prototype stages to the final homologation of production engines. We handle several types of test equipment and measuring devices. We work closely with test engineers, mechanics, designers, maintenance staff and colleagues within the group.
Competence Requirements
B.Sc in electronics or mechanical engineering or equal experience.
Fluent in English, spoken and written.
A deep understanding of engine control systems.
Experience from engine optimization.
We believe that you have a genuine interest of technology.
Worktime:
Ordinary working hours will be from 14.30 to 23:30 (Monday to Thursday)
