About the job
The research and development department of the business unit's high-speed separators (HSS) is responsible for the development and production of high-speed separators for Food & water (dairy, brewery, beverage, starch, vegetable oil and protein industries), Marine and Energy.
You will be part of the Testing Technology group, where you work with experienced and motivated colleagues and participate in various development projects of very different character and length. The test engineer is involved in the entire product development process and is responsible for all parts of the testing. Here you can see how good ideas and planning have been during product development. Here we improve and refine our separators.
In the role of test engineer, you are responsible for planning, preparing and conducting tests in our Test Centre as well as in the field. You analyze and evaluate results, as well as draw conclusions based on these. You document and report your results at a high technical and analytical level. For the right person, this service may be developed towards test management and/or specialization in testing techniques.
Who are you?
As a person, you are structured, result-oriented, driven, responsible and communicative. If you are innovative and practical, it will be easier for you to experiment practically in the laboratory. We believe you master both Swedish and English and have no problem expressing yourself in speech and writing. You have at least a university degree with a focus on mechanical engineering. If you have previous experience with separators and/or maritime background, it would be a great benefit.
