Studentwork is now looking for a Test Developer on behalf of our client. Our client is a driven and fast-growing company that values its employees as its greatest asset and have assembled the best staff from over 20 countries around the world.
We are looking for a service minded, talent Test Developer to join the Test and Q/A team in Linköping. They work in a Linux environment and we believe you have experience in building test frameworks. Experience from working with IPTV and DVB is preferable.
Worktasks
Test Developer take part of all testing aspects - through planning, process improvements, tools development, and coordination of all test as well as conducting the manual and automated testing yourself. They are curious, have a strong inner drive, love execution and results, as well as have an eye for details and sense of risk management.
Your profile
• Background in software development and basic knowledge in C++
• 1+ years general programming experience.
• Experience in scripting languages, preferably JavaScript
• Experience in embedded systems development, preferably Linux
• Deep testing knowledge and a strong interest in verification
• Experience in automated testing on all levels (unit testing to acceptance testing)
• Experience in testing in Agile projects
• Debugging and trouble shooting skills
• Experience using version control, (GIT, SVN etc.) and build systems, Jenkins or others.
• TCP/IP and IP overall knowledge
• Experience in AQL and Apache
