Assignment:
The assignment will mainly consist of test development and the contract period can vary from 6 months up to a year depending on the progress of the project. The consultant will be part of a feature team, consisting of 5-10 members (both testers and developers), working in a very agile environment. The daily work is handled by the project manager for the specific team and the person will report to the unit manager.
• Test and create test around services and protocols such as json, rest.
• Test and create test around the security in above.
• Design and develop test automation.
• Analyze the results from the test execution.
• Report and document the results of the tests.
• Evaluate, replicate and manage bugs to resolution.
• Research of different test scenarios and methods.
• Be creative and come up with unconventional solutions.
• See too that the work/knowledge done is transferred properly to the rest of the team.
Profile/Skills:
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience from developing test automation is a must.
• Strong computer knowledge (Windows).
• Programming skills in VB Script, other Windows based script language.
• Programming skills in C#, C++
• Experience from working with automated QA's Test Complete.
• Experience of Unit test development.
• Knowledge of Visual Studio/TFS/Test Manager (source control and bug reports).
• Knowledge of HTTP and REST.
• Knowledge in SOAP UI.
• Knowledge of Fiddler, Wireshark, Moq, AutoFac or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge in XML, JSON
• Knowledge of sockets, tcp/ip.
• Experience of testing asynchronous systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills as the company language are English.
• Creative team worker who enjoys technical challenges.
• Used to work in an Agile environment
