Ericsson AB in Katrineholm is looking for a Test Designer for development of production test solutions. Our unit is responsible for Function Test Solutions on Blade Level, Printed Board Assemblies, and is also carrying out support towards various Design Centres and Production Sites. You will work for a unit which has a world wide responsibility for production test solutions based on the test programs, platforms and support. Our manufacturing sites are placed in USA, China, Brazil, Romania, Poland, Estonia and Sweden. We are today using test platforms such as Caldera, Blade Runner, GTM, Saturnus and ICT and are working on Lean and Agile principles. Our mission is to provide tele-, and data com products within the segment of High Value and Low Volume mix. This means that our systems are aimed for complex network architectures with mobile and broadband communications as standard. We design test solutions for network switches, routers and servers.

The Test Designers are responsible for:
Develop the test solutions in close co-operation with PDUs and Master Sites.
Our test programs are developed with Idefix, BScan etc.
Proactively work with Design for Test (DfT)
Improve and maintain current test solutions.
Educate and support the Master and Clone factories as well as EMS
Participating in harmonization programs for the manufacturing test solutions within BNET.
Monitor and improve quality on a daily base.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master Science degree in Electronics.
You are interested in Digital technique.
Experience from design or test is a plus.
The ability to work in teams
Good communication skills
Have an open mind and like to collaborate bordless!
Good English and Swedish writing and conversation skills
Business trips will be a natural part of the job
