As a The Test Coordinator you are responsible for coordinating test activities in the Acceptance Test phase and you will work together with another Test coordinator, a tester, a test environment responsible within the same team. You will also work very close together with our business and external partner. Your responsibility will be to make sure we everything in our maintenance releases are accepted tested before entering production.
It includes preparation, coordination and driving tests to completion. The purpose of the test work is to ensure the quality of the solution delivered from the external provider and also of the integrations between H&Ms systems.
As Test Environment Responsible you are responsible for the quality of the test environments and that they are accurate according to certain preconditions with test data and so on. You report to the Test Coordinators and Test Area Responsible. You work as a SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) between the partner and H&M regarding test environments for Project and Maintenance. You also support test activities as well as environment coordination. Another part of your job is to ensure that the test team has the right preconditions (e.g. regarding installed versions and test data).

Your responsibilities
The job of aTest Coordinator and a Test Environment Responsible at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
Depending on role your responsibility and tasks could be;
• Prioritize, plan and coordinate test activities in the test team
• Coordinate test activities within the team
• Support the test team during test preparation and provide test support during different test periods
• Coordinate user acceptance period with incidents prior to the Change Advisory Board approval
• Follow up system test status with vendor maintenance test lead
• Coordinate system integration tests required for releases together with teams responsible for other H&M internal systems
• Working with continuous improvements of way of working and service delivery
• Coordinate test activities for tool/software updates and patches (Citrix, FireFox etc.)
• Working as a SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) between external partner and HM regarding test environments for Project and Maintenance
• Test environment coordination
• Ensuring that test team has the right preconditions (regarding installed versions and test data)
• Review test cases

And your skills include:
• At least 5 years of experience from test
• Coordinate, planning, organizing and follow up experience
• A technical and system architectural understanding
• Experience of testing
• Experience from SAP
Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, etc.) is appreciated, but not required as well as e-commerce, Adobe and Hybris experience.
The roles require technical skills since we are working with complex integrations and they require close collaboration with partners and other functions within your delivery area.
