hela Sverige Do you have solid experience within test/QA? Are communication and coordinating two of your key strengths? Awesome, then you should join our IT logistics team to work with carrier requirements towards our new global e-commerce platform and our third party system. We are looking for a Test Coordinator/QA who can boost our team.
As a Test Coordinator you will work together with the Area Responsible for all tests for project and maintenance, and be part of the test team for Supply Chain and Logistic within our GOE, Global Online Expansion, Program. Your tasks will be a mix of various tasks in the development and test phases in a release. It includes preparation, coordination and driving tests to completion. The purpose of the test work is to ensure quality of the solution delivered from the external provider and the integration between H&M systems. You are responsible for following guidelines and way of working when it comes to documentation of test scenarios and results.
The assignment will require close collaboration with suppliers and other functions within your delivery area, for example Architects and Requirement Analysts, as well as leaders within IT and Business. You will also work in close collaboration with other Test teams within the GOE Program.

Your responsibilities
The job of an IT Test Coordinator at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Test all new and existing functionality within the supply chain/logistic process from purchase to pay and order to cash including reports
• Identify and define the required tests based on specifications for new requirements including test documentation for existing functionality from previous test activities
• Review and evaluate the test coverage
• Define the appropriate tests
• Identify and specify the required test data
• Support the review and sign-off of test scenarios provided by the external suppliers
• Coordinate tests with suppliers within a release and drive progress
• Participate in planning of test environments
• Evaluate the outcome of the tests and document the results as well as compare expected results
• Report and document issues and defects and deviations in the test tool
• Report and collaborate with the Area Responsible for test

• Good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both English and Swedish
We expect you to have several years of qualified experience of working with tests and that you are used to independently drive the development of tests (in large and complex areas with many contacts both internally and externally).
The position is based in Stockholm, travelling abroad and to Borås is to be expected.
