Polystar is trusted by more than one hundred Communications Service Providers (CSPs) and Network Equipment Manufacturers (NEMs) worldwide to help deliver service excellence to their subscribers. Polystar provides real-time service and network assurance and customer analytics solutions that enable CSPs to work proactive and to operate their networks efficiently, while providing the best products and services to their customers. They are used for analytics, troubleshooting and reporting by teams throughout the CSP's organization, from management and network operations, to customer care and marketing.
Polystar constantly strives to increase their test automation and therefore wants to strengthen their expertise in automated system verification and installation in a virtualized environment.
The products have traditionally been based on "bare metal" servers but are now gradually being installed on some form of hypervisor such as. ESXi or KVM. To succeed in the role, you need experience of larger and more demanding systems. Polystar uses technologies such as C, Java, Python, Perl, Linux (CentOS), MongoDB and MariaDB (SQL).
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is experienced in test automation with a background from systems that process large amounts of data, preferably in the telecom area, bank or from other transaction-intensive environments with high demands on performance and user- friendly. In order to succeed we see that you are passionate about test automation and like the challenge with complex systems. You have experience of programming and scripting languages
and experience of working with Linux and SQL. Experience of deployment in virtual environments (ESXi / KVM) and Ansible is a highly preferable.
