Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Experience: 7 to 10+ years
Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
• Must have experience in Test Management, Performance Testing, Strategy and Delivery of such projects across customer organizations
• Has worked in CICD / DevOps platforms, understands Test tooling and nuances on how to pull in together relevant testing for accelerating automation in customer landscape
• Create and execute test strategies and test plans
• Conduct automation feasibility study for various applications (ERP and Web apps)
• Design, develop and maintain Test Automation framework
• Create and maintain automation test suite (with CI/CD pipeline wherever applicable)
• Perform various types of testing like unit testing, system and integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, exploratory testing etc.
• Regularly coordinate with various stakeholders along and maintain status reporting
• Managed testing teams across locations and Mine new opportunities within testing space
• Expert level proficiency in Test Automation.
Experience/Required Skills:
• Minimum 7 to 10 years' experience required in Testing (Manual and Automation)
• Strong experience in test management and coordination using popular tools like Microfocus ALM, Azure DevOps, Jira etc.
• Strong experience in test automation using tools like Selenium (Java/C#), Microfocus UFT (vbscript), Cypress.io, Protractor, TestCafe, Tosca etc.
• Strong experience in test processes and methodologies covering Unit Testing, System Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression etc.
• Hands-on in testing (including automation testing) of ERP applications (SAP) and web applications.
• Experience in working in both Agile and Waterfall models.
• Experience in testing with CI/CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins.
• Knowledge of performance and API Testing is an added advantage
