Test Automation Engineer
We are looking for an engaged and technically skilled Test Automation Engineer to ensure high quality in modern software projects. You will play a key role in the team, responsible for test automation, security testing, performance testing, and test management, while working closely with developers to ensure the right things are tested and that test coverage is optimal.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated tests for backend and frontend
Select and recommend the best tools for achieving accurate test results
Collaborate with the development team to produce robust test cases and scenarios
Provide visibility into test results and system coverage
Conduct test automation reviews
Analyze test results, perform root-cause analysis, and suggest improvements to enhance product quality
We are looking for someone who has:
At least 3 years of experience in test automation
Practical knowledge of test automation frameworks and automated end-to-end test suites
Experience with API testing, web application testing, vulnerability testing, non-functional testing, and integration testing in a cloud environment
Ability to align testing with agile processes and sprint objectives
Experience with the following tools: Jira, Confluence, Docker, Cucumber, Gherkin, Zephyr, Git/GitHub Actions, Playwright, Appium, Postman/Insomnia, MongoDB, MySQL
Basic knowledge of AWS
Strong testing mindset and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Enjoy working in a multicultural and multilingual environment
Nice to have:
Knowledge of electricity markets, smart charging, smart heating, charge point management, and electric vehicles
Experience with Pulsar, NATS, OCPP, Kotlin, Python, MQTT
Start: As soon as possible, taking any notice period into account (maximum 1 month)
Scope of assignment: Full-time consulting assignment until June 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension
Location: Remote
Working hours: Office hours
