Husqvarna is now looking for a Test and Verification Manager, who will lead our new test organization on to new challenges.

The work conducted takes place in project teams together with other parts of the organization in a collaborative and coaching team spirit, at a pleasant workplace close to nature just outside Gothenburg in Jonsered.
Your Mission and Responsibilities
• Lead and Manage our Test and Verification Function (consistent of 6 Product Areas: Demolition Robots, Wall Saws, Floor Saws, Tile and Masonry Saws, Drill Motors and Power Cutters)
• Be a part of Concrete Sawing and Drilling's R&D Leadership Team and influence the way of working for future needs
• Define, Lead and Implement the Test and Verification Strategy
• Develop, Coach, and Inspire the teams working with Test and Verification
• Drive Change through people and innovative technical solutions
• Work in collaboration with R&D, Product Managers and other stakeholders
• Be hands-on as well as strategic, the job also contains operative work tasks
• Take ownership for all test deliverables, and work proactive with processes, methods to successfully reach the our project targets etc
• Manage the knowledge that has been built up during 20 years, and ensure that it is maintained and is being developed
Who are you?
To be successful in the role, we believe that you are a problem solver who likes technical challenges. You are creative, have good communication skills and a strong interest in the domain of Test and Verification. You have an eye for problem-solving and take the initiative for potential improvements in the strategic work as well as in the daily operation. You do not necessarily have a background in construction products, but you have relevant experience from introducing new methods and technology in previous test organization. A background in electronics and battery testing is an advantage. Further, we believe that You are an experienced leader used to Develop, Coach, and Inspire Leaders, team members, stakeholders, and external contacts.
