We currently have the following job opening;
Test and Verification Lead Engineer
We are looking for a dedicated Test and Verification responsible engineer to strengthen our engineering team. As a successful driven engineer your everyday tasks will as a minimum expected to be:
Responsibilities and tasks
• Identify and plan test for calibration development cars according to Design Verification Methods
• Identify and plan test for software, hardware and electrical functionality according to Design Verification Methods.
• Plan, book and administrate test actvities and select test locations
• Review and develop existing Design Verification Methods (DVM)
• Review test reports, evaluate results and write summaries.
• Interface VCC (or other supplier) test engineers.
• Interface other CEVT teams, e.g. plan common testing, provide test info etc.
Requirements
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering.
• Excellent in cooperation, networking, team-working.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken. Knowledge in Swedish is favorable.
• Good understanding of customer needs
• Experience in VCC methodology is meritorious
• Skilled user in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible and structured, can work independently as well as in teams.
• Strong drive and engagement.
• Self-going and self-learning.
• Genuine interest in automotive and can combine practical and theoretical knowledge.
• Ability to understand both the practical applications of the hardware in use and an analytical approach to design, failure modes and design intent.
• Willing to help others and to ask for help when needed.
• Openness and awareness of Asian, European and foreign cultures
