Store Tools is a new area within H&M IT. Store Tools are responsible for all in store IT excluding Point of Sales and payment, for H&M and all our brands worldwide. The main service areas are Inspirational media, Store collaboration, Consumer behavior, Loss prevention and Mobile Device. We mainly work with solutions that are procured from vendors as a service, therefore it is important that have good insight into service management and vendor relations.
We are looking for an experienced Test and Release Manager that can help us build the area and set the test functions. The role is a combined test and release manager role, which means that we are looking for someone who also worked with release planning and test strategies. To succeed in your role you need to have good communicational skills, be dedicated and have the ability to deliver in a fast and changing environment.
Your responsibilities
The job of a H&M Test and Release manager comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Create test strategies and processes
• Supporting maintenance and project with test strategies and test questions
• Workshops, documentation and making sure all parties (internal and external) understand their delivery and responsibility
• Creating and maintaining high level release plan for the area and actively communicate to internal and external stakeholders
Your skills

And your skills include:
• Solid experience as Test Lead within project or/and maintenance steering
• Experience developing test strategies and processes
• Experience of working with services and vendors
• Experience of release management and planning
• Experience of developing processes (workshops and documentation)
• Fluent in Swedish and English
It is an extra plus if you have experience from a similar role where you have been responsible for the overall test strategy.
