We are looking for an experienced Test Manager who understands the concept of quality as a part of the whole process of IT development and maintenance.
The H&M Club program is a new program at H&M IT and its purpose is to secure the overall delivery and maintenance of the club. As a Test and Release Manager at the Program Management Office (PMO), you will be a member of the PMO team.
As Test and Release Manager in the PMO, you are overall responsible for the test strategy for the program as well as master release planning. That includes cooperation with other programs and teams, cooperation and communication internally, high level test plan for all club related initiatives, high level strategy for test environment and test data.
In this role, you are also responsible for creating a common understanding for how the different divisions release cycles are synchronized. You will also be responsible for the programs test resources and the test forum with the program Test Managers and Area Test Managers.
Since this is a new role and a new program, you have a great opportunity to form the role based on your strengths and preferences and also together with the PMO team create a great program for the World's Best Fashion club.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Test and Release Manager comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Create a test strategy including communication plans both internally and externally
• Inform, communicate and synchronize between the divisions involved and synchronize our surrounding solutions
• Analyze the impact of the release plans for divisions and try to align them to secure the delivery for the club
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Experience from work as test lead in complex or large projects and/or maintenance situations
• Experience from Risk based testing and validating cross functional areas
• Experience from Model Based Testing and Exploratory testing
• Experienced in working with Jira, ALM
• Strong verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Enjoy working in an ever changing environment and possess a goal oriented approach
Experience of Strategy and process work within a program is meriting.
