Your role
As a Test Analyst you are an important part of the quality assurance for the software development. You will be assigned to exciting projects with our different clients from various industries. You will partner up with a project team consisting of Designers, Developers, Test Analysts and Test Management.
Being a Test Analyst involves preparation and execution of tests. Checking requirements, choosing of tools, designing test cases and executing them. You will have an ongoing communication with your project team and continuously evaluation throughout the software development process. You will also have an ongoing dialog and support from your Manager from Capgemini.

Requirements
To be qualified for this position it 's essential that you have:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Test Analyst role
• Degree-level education in IT (or equivalent)
• Understanding of Software Development, SAFe, Agile and Waterfall
• Tmap and ISTQB trainings (or equivalent)
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Communicative, flexible, analytical and accurate mindset
Candidates who want to stand out would also be able to show us:
• Specialization in either test automation, performance, security or mobile test
• Tmap and ISTQB certifications (or equivalent)
• TPI and PointZERO trainings
• Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written
