We are looking for a Territory Sales manager to be a part of the Nordics Industrial Sales Team at Stanley Black & Decker, primarily responsible for Commercial Management of Industrial Segment Customers and distributors within the region Västra Götaland, involving technical sales of all Stanley Engineered Fastening Portfolio Products. The role demands excellent sales, organisation and interpersonal skills, positive can do attitude and strong customer focus. You will report to the Nordics Country Sales leader. The main areas of responsibility include:
* Achieve commercial operating plan targets with profitable sales growth, working towards targeted KPIs
* Deliver targeted new product sales with implementation of marketing promotional sales campaigns.
* Build and execute the territory region, targeting new segment opportunities and customers.
* Develop sales growth activities into assigned nordics distribution channels.
* Deliverance of commercial excellence focus & continuous improvement.
* Create and issue customer quotations to maximise sales and profit.
* Manage CRM resource reporting and tracking on quote status.
* Managepricing reveiws and quotations in line with the direction of the Product Management Team.
* Work in liaison with Sales Management and the wider Nordics Sales team to maximise selling and increase market share
* Work closely with the Inside Sales Team to ensure effective use of resources
* Provide and maintain market intelligence regarding customers and competitor activity and strategies, market share and advise on industry trends and future product requirements.
* Manage travel and expenses within budgetary values ensuring support to meet customers as required.

Education / Qualifications:
Commercial credibility with customers (both internal and external) will be a critical success factor in this role and the ability to achieve assigned sales targets. Technical product knowledge is required. This is a Full-time role with performance measured against defined KPI's and Targets.

Experience needed:

* Sales Qualification, certificated through a recognised Business Institute or experience
* Graduate Engineer
* Fluent in English

* Team Work oriented and service minded with customer focus
* Relevant technical / engineering and sales background
* Sales mentality and proven ability to grow sales territories
* Commercial negotiating and deal closing skills
* Self motivating and problem solver
* Communication skills and strong in building relations
* Capable of time Management and quality in work
