Dina arbetsuppgifterAs an Account Manager your primary responsibility will be for the sales and development of geographic accounts within the Nordic region (which includes Sweden, Norway, Finland, Baltics and Denmark); with a secondary responsibility for the Nordic subsidiaries of International accounts. You will report to the Area Director for Northern and Western Europe. This is a chance for an individual to extend previous sales experience by putting them into practice across a wide spectrum of interesting companies. Primary Purpose: Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for assigned Accounts focused on long-term success with customer. Develop executive relationships to gain insight into customers business and technical challenges. Lead a team to support the customer's business initiatives within the assigned geography. Major Responsibilities: Establish a clear understanding of the assigned accounts. Develop and maintain Executive relationships. Establish direction for the team with measurable goals and objectives; regularly review team results to hold team accountable and recognize significant contributions. Manage the development and execution of account plans, sales strategies and opportunity plans. Identify specific opportunities with tactics and owners for all customer engagements. Collaborate with peers within sales and factory to garner resources required to execute against plans. Represent Mentor Graphics priorities and manage execution during all customer negotiations.
Utbildning och erfarenhetGraduate qualification combined with significant experience in customer facing roles - ideally in a business development or sales role. Knowledge of the EDA market. This role requires a highly self-motivated commercially aware Team player, also able to work remotely and independently. Open and willing to learn. High levels of energy. Nordic and English language skills preferred.
