We are looking for a new colleague to join our Nordic customer service team at our Gothenburg office.You will be joining the Product Specialist Team, which today consists of 14 Product Specialists. We work closely with the Order Management team; a group 17. Our focus is of course our customers and supporting their needs, but we always find time for an office breakfast on Friday mornings and we try to get together as a team outside of work too!What you'll doAs a Tender Specialist within Customer Service you will work closely with our customers with your main focus being on creating high quality tenders. You will also work closely with different functions within the organization in order to submit tenders on time.ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality tender packages for our customers in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and FinlandProactively develop specialist knowledge through regular interaction with stakeholders in other departments and suppliersSupport and provide product training for internal colleagues, take part in new product trainingsFeel empowered to resolve complex or difficult tenders seeking support and clarification where appropriate and making decisions together with other stakeholdersStrive to continuously improve our processes and develop yourselfEffectively plan and prioritise workload on a daily basis to avoid backlogs, ensuring your Supervisor is made aware if any challengesLiaise with Field Sales where appropriate to understand customer requirements regarding pricing, turnaround times and the potential of the accountHow you'll get thereTo enjoy this role you should be a service-minded person, with energy and drive, who likes working with people and finding solutions. Teamwork and strong communication are critical skills for this role. As your main responsibility will be tenders you need to have previous experience with this.It is seen as an advantage if you have a scientific background, such as being a Biomedical Scientist (Biomedicinsk Analytiker), Chemical Engineer, chemist or from the field of Biotechnology, or have worked within a scientific environment/company in the past.In this role it is critical to speak English and Swedish.
