Poolia is recruiting a proactive, structured, and collaborative Tender & Portfolio Manager to the Nordic headquarter in Malmö of Medac. About the position
You are offered a challenging and developing position in an international environment. You will work with a professional and dedicated team on a Nordic and European level.

The position will be part of the Operations team and you will work closely with our sales, marketing, regulatory and finance functions. There will be regular interactions with the European headquarter departments in Germany.

Your main responsibilities and accountabilities will be:

• Responsible for the full life cycle of tender management; document preparation, coordination, submission, follow-up, price reviews etc.
• Liaise with sales, product management and general management and seek approval for tender participation and price approval.
• Perform market analysis to predict sales volumes and market shares.
• Inform and liaise with sales force and marketing with regards to tender related information, e. g. outcomes and current issues.
• Maintain a continuous improvement ethos within the department that constantly seeks to improve systems and records and the presentation of information
• Participate in evaluating and analyzing new products.
• Complete commercial analyses including market analyses, price analyses, competition analyses and procurement analyses.

Some travel will be required in the Nordic countries and to Germany.

You will report to Director Operations.

Your profile
We believe that you have 3-5 years of relevant experience of public tenders and/or price and reimbursement issues from working in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. It is an advantage if you have experience from the Finnish market/pharmaceutical industry.

You probably have a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or in another relevant field. The position requires that you are bilingual (Swedish/Danish/Norwegian and English). It is an advantage if you also are fluent in Finnish.

We value previous experience of working in a cross Nordic environment with understanding of the different legal requirements.

You need to be well-versed in Microsoft Office products (being proficient in MS Excel is a must) and knowledge of information systems and tools is a distinct advantage.

To be successful in the position you must have the ability to build collaborative relationships both inside and outside the company. We also value project coordination abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, are also required.

The successful candidate for the position is analytical, demonstrates ownership, is creative, a team player and flexible. You are curious, willing to learn new things and have an inner drive of finding ways to solve challenges within your area of responsibility. On top of this, you have high integrity and a good judgment.
