As a Tender Pricing & Contract Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our tender processes by providing analytical support and assistance. You will collaborate closely with your team, sales and other key departments to secure profitable tenders and identify opportunities for contract optimization.
What are you going to do?
Support the entire tender bid process to ensure timely preparation and submission of high-quality bids.
Participate in the analysis of tender decision documents and assist in developing implementation plans.
Collaborate with key departments to support strategic pricing for tenders
Provide analytical support for decision making on pricing, contracts profitability optimization, market and competitor's as well as post-bid win/loss analysis.
Identify contract deviation actuals vs. business case.
What is your background?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
A couple of years' experience in tender pricing or contract management
Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and foster a positive work environment
Strong communication skills in Swedish & English, verbal & written.
