hela Sverige We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Pricing & Contract Lead to join our team. This is your opportunity to work for a leading company where you enable sustainable healthcare and make a difference to society every day. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the tender process, developing business cases for large and medium-sized tenders, and optimizing current contracts to secure profitable agreements. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What are you going to do?
Ensure timely and high-quality tender bid submissions by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
Analyzing tender evaluation models and pricing structures, gathering necessary data for pricing strategies.
Leading bid strategy development and conducting post-bid analysis.
Monitoring contract performance and negotiating prices, identifying optimization opportunities.
Continuously providing mentorship and guidance to the team, colleagues and other functions
What is your background?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in tender pricing, contract management, and business case development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
An advocate for building strong relationships with colleagues based on trust and mutual respect
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish & English, verbal & written.
