• Develop existing and new business via market monitoring, intelligence gathering and networking with professionals in international aid clients organizations as well as with government agencies in the beneficiaries countries in particular in Central Asia, Caucasus and Afghanistan
• Lead and/or support the preparation and submission of expressions of interest and proposals to our core clients such as ADB, WB, EU, EBRD and other bilateral donors and ministries in the respective countries,
• Develop network and cooperation with other consulting companies in Sweden, Europe and other countries for partnering and associating in tenders, submitting joint EOI and technical offers for performing assignments/projects of the targeted clients and multilateral development banks in focused developing countries,
• Manage international development assistance contracts in the relevant countries, providing day-to-day contact and support to project team members, monitor and oversee project implementation and performance, finance, contract variations, and liaison with clients and national/international consultants engaged for projects implementation,
• Assist in preparation of technical offers, search suitable national and international consultants, as well as partnering organizations/consulting companies, NGOs, coordinate and work with them in preparing EOI and technical offers, as well in implementations of projects/assignments of multilateral development banks and donors,
• Follow up and analysis of opportunities and bids of international development clients in particular of multilateral development banks, identify projects and bids according to the company's technical expertise and services for preparing the EOIs, tender documents and technical offers accordingly,
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages, different cultures, including different business cultures , and occasionally can work to different working hours to be able to communicate with clients and partners in relevant countries,
• You also need to have general knowledge and follow the rules and regulations that apply countries of assignment, as well as corporate rules of clients
• Demonstrate high professional integrity and your work and relations with clients, partnering organizations/companies and project beneficiaries,
• Service minded and results oriented, willing to try new roles and tasks for self-development and well completion of projects/assignments by the company,
• Undertake technical consulting roles in your area of expertise as needed.
Academic degree in social science or relevant work experience in international development consultancy assignments
Work experience in development consulting, international organizations, NGOs, etc.
Good knowledge of social and environmental safeguards policies, standards and requirements of multilateral banks (e.g. ADB, WB, EBRD)
Very good communication skills, intercultural competence, ability to work in a team, flexibility to work on a broad range of topics, willingness to travel to developing countries, including field visits and project sites visits,
Excellent analytical and communicating skills,
Excellent understanding and network of relevant organizations and government clients in the respective countries,
Knowledge of English and Russian at professional level is required. Knowledge of Persian language is a strong advantage,
Good computer skills , Microsoft Office, Powerpoint.

The business is seeking now a Tender Manager/Coordinator based in Uppsala to assist with business development and focus on promoting our services and developing network for further promotion of our technical services and participation in projects of multilateral development banks and aid agencies in the Central Asia, Caucasus and Afghanistan.
