The Grid and Power Quality Solutions (GPQS) unit within Hitachi Energy offer and supply Systems and Power Quality Solutions to transmission and distribution networks all over the world. The unit in Sweden is supplying the domestic market with substation systems. The customers are Utilities, Industries and Project Developers all over the world.
Your responsibilities
As a Tender Manager your role is to lead the local tender team in Sweden In close co-operation with Sales
Develop complete tenders with your team within the company strategy and win as a team projects in target segments
Drive the selected sales strategy for the target customer and know customer specific requirements.
Involve different parts of the organization for developing the tender and the solution for the customer.
Main market is Sweden and allocated export markets. Driving the tender team to achieve target results by engaging and leveraging within the team capabilities
Understanding defined responsibilities, internal procedures, tools and act accordingly.
Taking ownership and acting in an independent, collaborate way.

Your background
To be successful in this role you need to be passionate in selling and winning affairs
You have an understanding of substation technologies and an interest in the power grid technology
You hold bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Your ability develop yourself and your team will be important for your success
we are in a project business and you need to have experience from that
Experience with working in complex tenders
Experience with cost calculations and Full Cost Models
