Tasks:

In this role you will contribute to improving Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance within HVDC to ensure an exemplary health and safety culture as well as a strong focus on the environment. As Tender HSE Specialist you will among else monitor, coordinate and manage all HSE related work in the tender with all interested parties, both internally and externally. This includes identifying and estimating costs in the tender calculation, making sure that all HSE requirements are captured in the tender as well as to communicate all HSE activities to concerned parties.

Another important part of your scope will be to coach the HSE Tender Team and to coordinate the HSE work throughout the tender time. As Tender HSE Specialist you have the opportunity to drive behavioral change through implementing improvement programs and practices as well to initiate trainings for employees. You will also participate and contribute in operational development and continuous improvement work within the HSE-area.

Requirements:

We are open for both newly graduates and more experienced candidates. You have a degree within engineering or similar. Business management and/or business development are other good merits to have. You have previously worked within Marine and/or the Oil and Gas market or with shipping. Furthermore you have off shore competence/experience. ISO-certificates, NEBOSH, certificates from safety courses and off shore, are highly valuable. Knowledge of CDM 2015 is an advantage as well. You are fluent in written and spoken English while proficiency in Swedish is advantageous. It is essential that you are available for international travel. Lastly, you are a social and open person who thrives in a role where you can take initiative and you have the desire to work cross-functionally.
