Mölnlycke is now looking for a Tender and Contract Manager to join our Commercial Excellence team in Region North/Benelux.

About the job:
The purpose of the position is to lead and develop our tender team in Region North and Benelux, focusing on continuously developing the tender process and the tools supporting this process. But also improving knowledge, capabilities, efficiency and most importantly the outcome of our tender process.

The key accountabilities will be to:
Lead and develop the Tender Team
Facilitate the Tender process from Pre- to Post-Tender and coordinate pre-tender activities
Develop and implement tender strategies and tactics
In collaboration with the local markets and global organisation develop and support the tender management processes
Support Business Managers and Account managers to be successful in the tender processes
Lead the development of best practice around the region
Facilitate key pre-tender meetings
Work with key internal stakeholders to develop local tender excellence capabilities
Implement global tender tools to optimize the tender processes
Support pricing and price simulations
Regular follow up of changes in tender legislation
Set up and monitor relevant KPIs

What you'll need...
To be successful in this role you'll need solid project management skills and experience of process development, previous experience of leading high performing teams and strong communication skills with ability to engage with clear vision and objectives.
You'll also need to have the ability to facilitate the tender process, to secure knowledge and legal understanding of tender process. Through that facilitation secure that all parts of the process are delivered in time.

Preferred background:
Degree in business or any other field related to the position
5 years of experience with tender management within life science in Nordic countries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce.com / Veeva CRM / Model N Tender Management
Fluent in English and one Nordic or Benelux language. Any other language is an advantage
