Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:Receives and verifies that vouchers received in the Financial management office are correct. Vouchers are then prepared at post and paid to vendor or submitted to the Post Support Unit (PSU) for processing. A voucher includes invoices and all supporting reports/approvals/documents.

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: Education: Completion of secondary school education. Prior Work Experience: One year experience in voucher examining, bookkeeping, or working with financial records. Language proficiency: . Level 3 (Working knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required. . Level 2 (Limited knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing Swedish is required. Job Knowledge A good working knowledge is required regarding host country and vendor's procedures in the handling of invoicing, payments, banking, etc. Skills and Abilities Computer skills including knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and WinACS as well as use of the Internet, copier, etc. Ability to understand the basic requirements and procedures in application to average to moderately difficult voucher examining cases. Must be able to analyze and interpret regulations, information, contracts as well as diplomatically explain rejected submissions in a customer friendly manner.
