Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients' move ahead of the competition.
We are now looking for a Reward and Recruitment Specialist placed at one of our clients. The position is a temporary employment during maternity leave, January 2009 to March 2010. During the first two quarters of the year you will be focusing on the client's Annual Pay Review processes and focus on recruitment during the rest of the year. As a Reward Specialist you are responsible for the operational work with the clients Annual Pay Review in the Nordic countries. You will be responsible for the administrative processes for the reward processes and act as the link between the client, Global Accenture and the Contact Center. As a Recruitment Specialist you have the ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for the recruiting requests for Sweden and Norway, assigned by the Nordic Recruitment Lead. The Recruitment Specialist acts as the key point of contact with hiring managers and candidates, throughout the recruitment process.
The position will be based in Solna, Stockholm. You will be hired into Accenture Services AB, which is covered by ITA, the general collective agreement for the IT Industry.
Main duties includes:
• Responsibility for the operational process for clients Annual pay review in the Nordic countries.
• Process all reward elements to ensure deadlines/timetables are met, e.g. payroll timetable, and to ensure the services are delivered to the client in accordance with the statement of work
• Act as a point of escalation/issue management for reward queries and support the contact center and liaise with the clients Reward providers/advisors as appropriate
• Operational end to end recruitment
• Work with other recruitment team members to review and improve the administration process
• Serve as point of contact for stakeholders within recruitment
• Scan documents and handle tickets in a ticket system
• Work with Nordic Local Delivery Lead to proactively:
o Address performance issues
o Understand the ways to achieve targets and SLAs.
We assume you have proven experience within HR and the following:
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Recourses or similar
• Swedish labor law knowledge
• Recruiting and resource management
• Excellent English and Swedish language skills
• Delivery excellence (including quality)
• Working in projects and/or outsourcing unit
• Customer service /relationship management
