hela Sverige We are looking for a temporary Planning Team Lead for a maternity leave cover for 18 months with start April 1st 2016. In this role you will be responsible for driving and coordinating the operational work within the Country/Category Planning team, developing and optimizing the ways of working and communication of forward risks and opportunities in the supply chain to the business.
You will also be responsible for coaching and developing the skills and competences of the Country/Category Planning team members. In this role, you work closely together with our Sales and Marketing organizations, the European Supply Chain organizations and the factories across Europe in order to secure the delivery of the key targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate operational work within Country/Category Planning team. Support the Planners in their daily work
• Be first point of contact for escalation of planning issues and communicate forwards risks to the business
• Drive development and optimization of Planning processes and way of working in co-operation with functional key users
• Consolidate and drive the obsolete agenda for the specific country and category
• Actively participate in the upstream European Supply Chain meetings representing your country
• Drive the annual Performance Development process with the Planners
• Plan resources including introduction of new Planning team members in the Planner role
• Be partner and back-up for the Planning Manager
THIS IS WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
The profile we are looking for holds a University degree in Economics or Engineering preferably within the Logistics/Supply Chain area.
We believe that you have 3 or more years' operational experience from Planning and Supply Chain and experience from leading a team. It is critical to be able to work on both a detailed and high level. To be successful in this role you need the ability to think and act across function and along processes.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU NEED/HAVE:
• Fluency in English - both spoken and written
• Work experience in SAP/APO
• Ability to build relationships
• Team spirit and commitment
• Service mindset
• Good communication skills
• Own drive and ability to work independently
