What we offer:
• Exciting position driving and managing our Hair Care & Styling categories, consisting eg. of the brands Schwarzkopf, SYOSS, Got2Be and Taft. Main goal is to satisfy the needs of our consumers, customers and the company. The main tasks include for example:
• Developing and managing the respective categories on the Nordic market including mix of financial, marketing and personnel responsibility
• Creating and implementing marketing and launching plans as well as managing advertising budgets.
• Creating and maintaining contacts with media, research and advertising agencies.
• Leading and coaching the team of two.
• The position is temporary substitute during maternity leave and it is located in Stockholm, Sweden.
We are looking for:
• A university degree is essential, preferably within Marketing or Business Management/Economics.
• 6-7 years of previous experience of similar tasks and/or experience from a commercial function within the FMCG industry
• You are fluent in English, skills in any Nordic language is a strong merit.
• You have strong computer skills (MS Office).
• As a person you are self-motivated, energetic and ambitious. You communicate effectively and work well under pressure.
• Moreover you have a commercial business interest and are analytical, structured and able to work towards long and short-term goals.
• You are a driven and experienced leader who has ability to work effectively with a multi-functional team with your strong networking skills.
