For our clients Finance team we are currently looking for a
Temporary Nordic Accounting Manager to join their Nordic Finance team, placed in Solna. Main responsibility will be accounting for Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.

What will be your job?
You will have the responsibility for running tasks related to management of accounting team and accounting books for 5 companies in Nordic countries. You are the key person for preparation of tax returns and annual reports and are the main contact for tax advisors and auditors.

Main tasks:
• Daily management of team of 3 people and functional management of 2 people in factory
• Responsibility for accounting in 5 companies (3 in Sweden /1 in Finland /1 DK branch /1 NO branch)
• Preparation and revision of tax accounts (VAT / Income tax / other Taxes)
• Inter company reconciliation
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Preparation of Income Tax return for SE companies, and assist of DK/NO/FI
• Preparation of Annual reports for SE companies, and assist of DK/NO/FI
• Bank approvals / management of corporate bank users
• Responsibility for Nordic chart of Accounts adjustments
• Main contact for audit team SE/NO/FI
• Main contact for shared treasury team
• Preparation and update of the Nordic company policies linked to accounting / finance
• Maintaining the working procedures for the Accounting department
• Internal control related task within the scope
• Monthly closing task - opening / closing periods; accounts controls; VAT control; last bookings
• Year-end closing tasks - preliminary calculation of Income tax / closing the books
• Back up for accountants if needed
• Administration of company boards in all entities
• Miscellaneous tasks given by Finance Director

Customer orientation (internal & external):
Internal:
• all departments in the company
• close co-operation with finance department in the factory
• close co-operation with Supply Chain department on solving potential problems with goods related invoices and purchase orders
• Central treasury team
• ERP system support team
External:
• Tax advisors
• Auditors
• state authorities (packaging fees / NO customs)

You will be part of a young and dynamic company with ambitious growth rate, with the ambition of bringing quality products. You will be part of a small but focused team, in a friendly and flexible working environment and report to the Finance Director Nordics.

Who are we looking for?
Education/Experience:
• Master degree or equivalent in Finance
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Accounting / Audit
• 2 years leadership experience
• Experience from a large international organization is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of at least one accounting program (Navision knowledge is advantage)
• Fluent in Swedish/ English
