The role as HR Specialist - University & Social media, will support the global Employer Attractiveness platform. This is a one year assignment and you will need to be a quick thinker working in a fast paced environment and able to turn ideas into practice. An interest in developing Social media and employee engagement in SCA is critical as well as enjoying the challenge of change and the intellectual thought processes. The position is preferably located in Stockholm but can also be flexible within Europe.

Main Tasks
Employer branding

Support global employer branding team  

HR related Social Media and external website

Working closely with HR and SCA Communications, maintain and develop SCA HR pages
Plan and execute social media activities
Create an active and engaging social networking environment working in real time and with relevant and continually challenging and changing content and daily updates in social media
Proactive  input and ideas to continuously both transform and  improve all SCA HR social media channels in line with agreed KPI's
Write articles for the career section on external website
Maintain career section on external website to keep it relevant
Coordinate any local HR social media outputs/resources to ensure they both deliver local needs and are aligned with global thinking and idea

University contact
Support SCA University approach by:

Develop relationships with agreed key University partners
Support the HR organisation to develop concepts, plan and material to be proposed at universities
For each relevant university support local HR to continue to develop their social media approach to deliver-Student contact opportunities such as career fairs, sponsorships, conferences-An understanding of  key timings per universities and align with proposed plan-Support to countries in career fairs and other university interactions
