Hiab is looking for a temporary resource to help clean up data in our systems. The assignment is temporary- 3 months and has the possibility of extension. We are looking for an organized and structured individual familiar with Excel.
Purpose of the job:
Clean up and organize customer data in systems
Verify data with needed stakeholders
Increase data quality in sales force.
The location of this position is optional: Södertälje/Hudiksvall/Malmö, Sweden.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Define data needs and requirements (mail, customer, phone number, VAT number, location, etc.)
Cross reference different data from different systems
Clean up data and update systems
Ask for relevant missing data to complement entries.
What you'll need to succeed
Education:
High school or higher education.
Working experience:
Documented skills in administrative tasks and Excel
Previous experience with data base management is beneficial but not required.
Competence and skills:
Structured and organized.
Language skills:
Swedish requirement: Fluent
English requirement: Yes.
