hela Sverige For the program we are looking for four candidates; two to our office in Denver, US, one to London area, England and one person to Stockholm, Sweden. The program runs for four months; starting in May 2017 and ending in August 2017. The first month will be in our Head office in Stockholm and the program will finish with one week in Denver. The weeks in between will be spent in your home region, joining other consultants in their projects and getting to know our business. There will be some traveling connected to the project work.
During the program, especially the first month, you will get a deep understanding of Teleopti's organization, values and specifically the consultant role; a professional platform for forthcoming challenging roles within the company. Focus for the first month is also to learn our top ranked WFM solution and to get introduced to Workforce Management.
The program has a distinct learning-by-doing focus, which imposes very high standards of dedication and hard work. You will have a buddy in form of a senior consultant who will give you guidance throughout the program.
After completing the program your role will be a Junior Consultant where you?will test and develop your academic and personal capabilities every day of the week. You'll tackle the most interesting of challenges while working close to your fellow Professional Services colleagues.
You hold a recent Master of Science (preferably within IT) or a recent Master of Economics combined with deep IT knowledge. You are either a newly graduate or have a maximum of two years' work experience after finishing your degree. Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement for all applicants. For the position in Sweden, you need to be fluent in Swedish as well, both orally and in writing. Any other languages you master, apart from English and Swedish, is considered an advantage.
On a personal level, you are self-motivated, loyal, and extrovert, enabling you to deliver results and meet both customers' and partners' expectations. You have strong analytical skills and a service-minded attitude. Furthermore, you have solid networking skills, allowing you to communicate well with people on all levels of an organization.
