What do we need?
Here at Freespee we own millions of telephone numbers in more than 40 countries in order to deliver part of our service offering to our clients.
We need an experienced Telco Manager to look after these numbers, ensuring that they're routed correctly and to negotiate with our telecoms providers to ensure we're getting the best value.
Responsibilities
Source the right telco partners, globally, to ensure the Freespee services can be delivered at the right quality and right pricing.
Manage any coverage issues that may arise with our telco.
Manage the integration of new functionalities and/or countries.
Ensure the voice quality is maintained with regular testing programs.
Ensure that we have trusted fail over routes.
Manage all pricing negotiations and approve invoicing as we continue to grow in existing and new markets.
REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrable experience in negotiating with Telco suppliers
Experience of carrier management (either internally or for a supplier)
Basic understanding of telco technologies, including SI
