SUPPORT ENGINEER Your working tasks will primary include diagnosing and
resolving problems in a live environment. Provide timely answers to Trouble
Reports and Customer Service Requests. Proven skills in problem
resolution handling. Proven skills to work self-governed and independent during
the night. Customer facing skills. Strong written and oral english language
skills are essential. At least one year's experience of the PPAS Prepaid billing
system. Experience of two or more of the following: Ingres, C, OpenVMS, Oracle,
Unix and SQL. Additionally experience of mobile telephony and customer
care/prepaid billing systems. African cultural experience since having
customers in that region, preferably also speaking Yoruba. That person might
also be female, graduate engineer and eager to learn telecom business.
