As part of our tradition, Tele2 is looking for exceptionally motivated candidates to join the Global Executive Trainee Program, starting August 2016.

As an Executive Trainee you will work closely with a Leadership Team member, assisting in their daily work for twelve months. By this, you will have a challenging and stimulating work environment with the opportunity to create a strong foundation for a successful future career within Tele2 (or another Kinnevik company).

We are currently looking for trainees for the following Leadership Team members:

Group President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Group Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Group EVP New Growth & Strategy
CEO Sweden

The Executive Trainees will be recruited and located in Stockholm.

Requirements:

Personality:

• Self-driven initiator
• Hard-working
• Flexible
• Open
• Cost conscious
• Non-prestigious/humble

Qualifications/skills:

• Degree in Business and/or Engineering
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Dutch required for positions based in Amsterdam)

Desired

• Proven academic excellence
• International experience, e.g. exchange semesters
• Sports achievements
• Professional experience, e.g. internships
• Entrepreneurial experience
• Leadership experience
• Experience from relevant extracurricular activities such as student associations
