LaCie AB is searching for an active Technical Support person to support end customer and reseller in their technical questions. We are looking for a team player with good attitude, skills and willingness to serve customer in the best possible way. Knowledge, experience and understanding of IT and hardware is naturally needed. Fluent Swedish and English is required. Knowledge in other Nordic language would be nice plus. Please feel free to include your salary request in your application.
Employment from November 15th, 2010.
Duties shall include but not limit to:
• Answering end customer?s and reseller?s technical questions online, by e-mail and on the phone
• Arranging RMA for customer
• Updating customer on repair status (repairs done in head office in France)
• Maintaining the office IT-infra together with head office IT
• Helping sales on pre-sales of high end products
• Attending reseller and customer events
