Responsibilities

Customer Relationship

• Own and drive the technical Interface with customers
• Define requirements analysis and specification writing for internal and external customers
• Provide product development, technology, and marketing support
• Understand the customer's technical organization and advise Gemalto on how and where to promote the products and solutions
• Design and lead technical initiatives that have a strategic impact on the business relationship with customers and selected partners
Implementation & Project Management
• Communicate, plan, report and ensure the interface with the stakeholders. Follow-up and control the progress of the project
• Write technical specifications and customize the product according to the needs of the customer
• Assist with the creation and testing of validation elements (eg. Testcards)
• Follow up the implementation of the project by the different implicated teams during the order-to-delivery process
• Follow up the PDM (Product Data Management) process and the Gemalto quality policy in terms of project delivery
• Post Sales and Technical Support
• Provide direct support to customers during the integration and test phases of the project
• Provide the customers with information related to products and issue resolution

Internally

• Ensure field feedback
• Organize training and/or support training to other TCs (Technical Consultants)
• Proactively share the knowledge acquired on technical issues, products and processes within the TC team and community
• Proactively review the current processes and tools within the TC-Community and provide feedback for evolution/ correction

Qualifications

Education

• Engineering degree in Computer sciences, Electronics or Telecommunication

Experience Level

• First experience in sales support or project management
• Customers relations experience
• Good relationship capabilities

Competence

• Negotiation skills
• Business communication skills
• Solution selling approach

Technical Skills

• Operating systems
• Web application architecture
• Database technology
• General networking and TCP/IP
• Technologies such as XML/XSL, HTTP(s), WebService, etc.
• IT Security, especially in symmetric and asymmetric cryptographically is an asset
