Publiceringsdatum2012-12-12Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a sales coordinator you will be a part of our sales team and will be supporting the team in the pre-order process with different key customers, mostly in the oil and gas sector. This position will report to our Global Sales director. You will be a part of our quote team and cooperate with different departments within the organisation, including, quality/materials, supply, and design. During the quotation process you are the customers single point of contact until an order is placed. After an order is placed you will work closely with our Supply department. Apart from these, routine activities like documentation, filing, correspondence will also be part of the job.
Key responsibility
• Single point of contact to customer during the pre-order process
• Responsible for the quotation process
• Administrative support to the Sales team
• Provide the Sales Director with required KPI's
• Support the sales team and coordinate trade shows & seminars
• Support implementation of CRM system
• Arrange and handle meetings with customer
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or relevant experience of minimum of 3 years
• Ability to understand some technical issues, like material specifications and drawings
• Structured and well organised
• Experience in administration
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Experience of CRM systems is an advantage
• Self motivated and result oriented
• Good teamwork orientation
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service, specifically first point of contact with customer
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English are required .
• Ability to communicate in a professional and structured manner internally and externally.
