What you'll do
Responsible for being the interface between PMO and Sourcing working with contract management, risk mitigation, guided buy, SRM, compliance, strategy alignment and cost out projects.
Manage, develop, and execute cost out strategy of the PMO portfolio.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance capex purchase process and reduce operating costs.
Establish and enhance Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to expand the scope of interaction with key suppliers.
Essential tasks
Provide Contract Management support as required in the event of a (potential) dispute.
Establishment and implementation of frame agreements, project specific contracts and contractual procedures.
Negotiate in collaboration with Sourcing to ensure Cytiva receives the best price relative to the quality, service, and overall value.
Drive x-functional strategy alignment for procurement synergies
Who you are
Bachelor's degree OR 5 years' experience in related area.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SRM, Facility Operation and Supply Chain.
Decision making, problem solving, ability to independently resolve challenges.
Excellent communicator and have strong influencing competencies.
Strong understanding of standard agreements NL, NLM, AB, and ABT.
Experience from working with Capex procurement.
Characteristics
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical Skills.
Strong project management skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English
