Owns the creation and communication of our studios' long-term technical strategy and vision
Owns all technology functions, including game and service development and IT, and manager for our tech leads and development managers
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
Identifies competitive advantages and technological trends for the benefit of the studio
Be the connective tissue between technology and other franchise-wide functions
Directs the implementation of policies for development and security
Responsible for knowledge sharing and tech reuse within the franchise
Consistently evaluate the technical efficiency and makes changes as necessary
Qualities we seek
Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
Leadership and organizational abilities
Knowledge of technology trends to build the strategy
Understanding of budgets and business-planning
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
Excellent communication skills
Strategic thinking
Problem-solving attitude
